Hey, what do you generally gravitate toward when your stomach is upset and/or you are nauseous and would typically, on a SAD diet, eat a bland food, like rice or bread?

what if you want to feel full? or will that desire go away the more i'm a raw foodist? i mean that i have something in my stomach that is absorbing the acid (or at least the perception that I do).

thanks for answer.

Greens are good for neutralizing acids. But its best to cut out the foods that make you feel acidic. What foods are you eating that are making you feel this way?

It was just a one-time thing, I think something made me ill. I had wheatgrass that was fresh - maybe it had mold. I switched to frozen/grown outdoors. I also had a raw onion bread (dehydrated).
