u had a thread a long time ago

about sleep and health benefits etc.

my question is: what time do you normally go to sleep and wake up

i mean, do u have some set cycle ...sleeping pattern?

just curious

notice i feel better when i go to sleep a bit earlier and wake up earlier

this wasn't always the case

la_veronique,

I don't have a regular sleep schedule, because some days I need to wake up a 6:30, and others I don't have any time commitments. So I might go to sleep somewhere between 10pm and 1am, and wake up between 6am to 10am. I like to get 9 hours, but mostly I get 7 hours, and sometimes I get less.

However, I do take naps when needed. In fact, I just woke up from one from 6pm to 7pm.

thanx for the reply smiling smiley
i remember your article where it says how you regained your health back via sleep

i think that sleep is like diet

it has to sometimes be modified and adjusted to one's needs

i keep learning
thanks again
