hello foodist of the world!!

I have been soaking cashews lately
after a while they start to get a purple tint....is this normal?

Hello, I've never soaked cashews. Cashews are one of the "nuts" that you don't have to soak based on what I've read.

Many raw foodists avoid cashews as they are not truly a nut nor are they raw.
