Book/website recomendations

Hi. I posted an intro post below. I was wondering if you all can recommend some great books about being a raw vegan and also if you know of any great books that talk about juice fasting (or feasting as I've seen it called here).

I am already reading books from the Boutenko family and that is great, but I'd like some more recommendations. I really want to do this and am looking for all the information that I can get.

Thanks!

Fresh

Is that the same book that was allegedly plagiarized or did the author Hovan.... write several books?

Wishing you vibrant health

I'm about to read The 80/10/10 diet by Dr. Doug Graham. The Thrive Diet also looked interesting.

Matt Monarch has an extensive wonderful bookstore on website The Raw Food World. Shipping is FAST. Super selection, some books I've never seen elsewhere.

Go to the public library and check out everything they have. If they don't have what you are interested in, fill out an interlibrary loan request.

Most of the raw food books are kind of junky on the whole but they might have some good inspirational bits here and there. Some of the "cook"books have some good ideas, too.

Don't spend money on a book until you are sure you will use it over and over again.

I kind of liked Sarma's and Juliano's and Nomi Shannon's books but I checked them out from the library. I also wanted Roxanne's book with Charlie Trotter but it was too expensive for me and the library couldn't get it.

I have heard good things about Jennifer Cornbleet's book.

Check out www.goneraw.com for recipes.

I recently started a website, wherein I review raw recipe books...
