okay.. heads up

if i ever open up a raw vegan restaurant

it will probably be called

JOYYYYYLICOUZZZZZZZ!!!!

think people will get it?

oh... but i forget

i'm too lazy to be a raw entrepreneur

hmmmm that's just a LITTLE challenge

plus i'm too lazy to make any food other than salad, eat fruits by cutting them up
and drink green juices

think that will fly?

probably not

but it was a fun idea anyhow

Love the word. I just threw 1/2 a cantaloupe with a bunch of strawberries in my blender (no water) and it is completely joylicious!

it probably looked pretty too

orange and red

mint to top it off would be the crowning touch

I love it when people express genuine joy for being raw....you don't see it enough in the raw community!

well, the fact is that it is UNBELIEVABLY BEAUTIFUL!!! that I have these kinds of foods available to me. There are some places where people cannot have access to these sort of foods.

Some places... people are living in a war zone thus the people are unable to till their soil or they will be in peril of being killed

in some places, there is drought and no transportation from other lands of other foods

and in some places, people simply can't afford to buy fresh produce

well, i can buy fruits and veggies ( though veggies are mostly cheaper and more dense in chlorophyll so i like them more)

and the entire world is there to help me attain these fruits

farmers are working on my behalf
the sky is raining on my behalf

trees and plants are making themselves available on my behalf

the sun is shining just because it wants to make me happy

so... everything is working in my favor

the entire earth is out to embrace me

of course, i feel joyous

about this

that is why i feel so lucky

because everywhere i go

everything i touch

everything i do

i see that people, the forces of nature.. and past and present are colluding to make every moment possible

its like the world is holding me up with their hands

even challenges... the entire world conspires to help me evolve

sometimes i don't always embrace the challenges at that moment

but lately i have

go figure

something is happening

and it is good

whatever it is

can't figure it out quite exactly

but that's okay

I too think that "raw" doesn't cut it when describing this diet. It's a good clinical description but there are too many other conotations to raw for it to be assimilated by the casual observer.

It's time for raw to hire an add agency and a publicist and get a makover.
