Protein + calcium - good list of veggie protein content?

Looking for protein rich greens. Who are the all stars?

And which fruits and veggies win the vegan trophy for Calcium content?

Anyone know of a good comprehensive list online?

My new Doc wants me to track on Nutridiary to meet her minimum requirements.

Some vegetable sources of calcium are:
Bok choy cabbage, 80 mg; 1/2 cup broccoli, 45 mg; 1/2 cup kale, 90 mg; 1/2 cup mustard greens, 105 mg.

Fruits are much less likely to be strong sources of calcium as compared to vegetables.

As far as veg protein sources, if you are open to eating sprouted grains (though technically quinoa is not really a "grain"winking smiley , quinoa is the strongest grain source of protein there is. Sprouts, like alfalfa, chickpea, adzuki, pea, and sunflower are really good protein resources as well.

You may want to Google the words " Non Dairy Sources of Calcium" and to find additional info.

All greens are protein rich, but you have to eat a lot of them to get appreciable protein. You can use the nutrient search tool at nutritiondata.com to see the details.
