anyone know about copahyba? or stuff for throat conditions?

its supposed to be from brazil she got it from brazil and it's supposedly good for throat problems etc. i tried to look it up on the net but got VERY LITTLE information concerning this was wondering if anyone knew more about this and how it worked for the throat etc. like throat inflammation for people who speak a lot or who have assignments that require them to talk in public a LOT etc. would be grateful Re: anyone know about copahyba? or stuff for throat conditions?
