I believe that raw foods will help his skin heal without resorting to antibiotics. Has anybody had any experience with this. I think I will suggest lots of greens in blended and juice form...any good recipes? Foods that are anti-fungal? He's really freaked out and I would like to help. If your help can help me help him I would be very thankful. Re: Help with skin (fungal) infection

Date: September 12, 2008 11:13AM Hi ellington,
I'm not a specialist, but I struggled with fungal skin infections in the past, and from my own experimentations and observations, here's what I learned: Does your friend eat dairy? Cut out all food containing milk in some form for two months. In my experience, milk is #1 cause in many skin issues. Does he eat sugar and grains? Fungi love sugar and acidic environments. Avoid all foods that make your body acidic. For instance: meat, dairy, sugar, grains, coffee, alcohol. Yes, raw foods definitely can help him :-) I don't have enough experience with raw foods yet to give you some precise advice on this, but I totally recommend raw foods for all skin conditions. My skin's tremendously cleared up since I went raw. Good luck and love to you and your friend :-) Re: Help with skin (fungal) infection

For an almost instant healing, Tea Tree Oil, topically applied, two or three times a day, will clear up skin problems. It's a natural antifungal and antiseptic.....WY Re: Help with skin (fungal) infection

Lauric acid found in coconuts & coconut oil helps fight fungus; And like stated above, remove all things that fungus's thrive on, sugar white flour etc. Keeping the skin clean & dry is imortant too. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
