taking advantage of organic grape season

it is so nice that organic grapes are now in season and in abundance.

i wait all year for this, because getting organic grapes any other time of year is impossible.

i have been mono-fasting on red organic grapes i bought at whole foods, they are

a brand named Anthony's.

i feel fantastic, i have been doing this since Monday of this week.

i basically fast all day, then come home from work and eat grapes till i am

full.

i think i will continue till i just cant continue no more, maybe a few more days? i dont know.

i have read somewhere that its not what your eating that matters, but what

you are NOT eating that matters more?

but i feel that red grapes must have so many antioxidents, and vitamins and minerals,

that surely that is health promoting.

all i know is that this is fun, and i have TOO MUCH ENERGY!

luv to all...

Aloha My name is elan sun star

I have been raw for over 4 plus years 100% I had ignored many fruits for the past 2 decades as coconut water here in hawaii and other elements like greens were a better bet But I also have a passion for the Anthony's
red grapes from Whole foods Whoever this grower is the grapes look better than even fresh picked The steps are green and almost growing and the grapes are all perfect not mushy or old!

I bought 25 pounds =yesterday!!.

Strange you mentioned this as I was looking he for the growers website today and the search brought me to the group here.

I pioneered raw living foods back in the 60' when i was teaching for Ann wigmore at Hippocrates

yum grapes, I found an add on craigs list, someone wanted his grapes picked and you could have them for free. They are green with a tinge of red on them. They don't taste like the thompson grapes but have a tang and tartness to them. They make me feel good when I eat them. I have a bout 20 or more pounds of them. I also got some pears but the pears are hard and have a tough skin. I hope to find someone that wants to get rid of their apples now.

I bought organic grapes from the store last week. I ended up letting them dry up and rot because they were gross. Grapes such out of season. sad smiley
