zucchini

Date: July 01, 2006 08:18PM I just discovered that you can eat this vegetable's flower! The one that shoots up and does not form into a fruit is great. Now the only recipe I know of is non-vegan, where it is cooked with egg/bread crumbs/cheese in a good oil. Anyone eat this raw, in a salad, etc.? I think I'll try it, and let you all know.
