Having just read an extract, I'd like to purchase the book. But it's out of stock on Amazon, the Adobe e-mail version is no longer available, and Dan's website doesn't seem to be in operation. Does anyone know where I can buy it (I've had a thorough google), or whether Dan has a different website now (URL?). Or, failing that, does anyone have a copy they wouldn't mind parting with?
