juicing carrots

UI've heard that carrots are very hard to break down in the system, but reading that carrot juice freshly squeezed is good, I was wondering if people do drink it. And just straight up carrot juice?

And if you're on a juice fast, can you have water?

Also, when you're on a juice fast, can you have different types throughout the day or just one for the whole fast?

you can always have water. if someone says you should
fast without water for more than one day. they are trying
to kill you . water is essential like air. you can live without food,
for a little bit , but not water.
and about carrot juice yes drink it srratght up , mix it
what ever, it tastes good and it good for you.

I don't think carrots are hard to eat though, who ever
told you that is trying to sell you a juicer.

don't get me wrong a juicer is a good thing to have.
look around this page for info on whitch one you should
buy.

carrots are not bad for you raw or juiced.

Carrots juiced will be stripped of its goodness and fiber and will leave you with sugar. You might not want to drink a lot of it...
