or a mango how do you determine how many ounces of water are in particular fruits? today i didnt drink any water upon awakening, i just had a few apples, and i had to urinate so fierce about an hour later lol. so im guessing theres a good amount of water in there. If you think of the weight of one apple's worth of dried apple slices... they weigh next to nothing and still usually contain a significant amount of water. Banana chips are usually dried more thoroughly and weigh even less.
If you really want to know the weight of water you're eating with the apple, I'd just weigh the apple, subtract the weight of the apple core when you're done, and pretty much disregard the weight of any non-water in the fruit.
