I'm curious as to the benefits of the omega's (3, 6 and 9). What foods supply them? Why do we need them? Are there symptoms of deficiency? Is it okay to take supplements and if so how much? I'm sorry for all the questions, but lately it's like my body has been thinking of them, and I haven't before, so I'm wondering if its trying to tell me something. I don't eat alot of fat. I never eat nuts (too hard to digest for me OUCH) and rarely do I eat olive oil. I do eat avocado's sometimes, mainly in the winter. I eat fruit all morning and then veggies in the afternoon. Any input?? I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful fall weather. There is nothing like hearing the leaves crunch under my feet. I just love it. Thanks in advance for help and suggestions!
