I know that some of you are listening to the rawkathon, but I just wanted to provide this link to Dr. Rick Dina's interview. I had never heard of him before, but I think he had a lot of good things to say. Very scientific and informative.

[www.rawkathon.com] (only up until tomorrow evening.. enjoy!)

ps has anyone been to any of his classes?

I"ve been to some of his lectures, and his material was excellent.

In the radio show, I like when he said "Don't be a supplementarian".

I've watched all the speakers so far and I must say Dr. Rick Dina was, for me, the most impressive. This is the first time I have heard him and everything he says resonates with me. Overall though, I think the raw food movement has some great speakers, even if I don't agree with everything they say.

I love this interview, it was my favourite.

I thought it was interesting that he said vitamineral green raised B 12 levels I thought he said he wasn't sure what ingredient it was, but someone else told me it was chlorella, but I didn't hear him say chlorella Does anyone recall if he mentioned chlorella. Fascinating stuff

liberation,

The online interview was only available for free for the first week. After that, it requires the not-free subscription.

Ariel, "I thought it was interesting that he said vitamineral green raised B 12 levels I thought he said he wasn't sure what ingredient it was, but someone else told me it was chlorella, but I didn't hear him say chlorella Does anyone recall if he mentioned chlorella. Fascinating stuff"

He said chlorella. But he also said he wasn't certain that chlorella was responsible for raising b12 levels. He just thinks it is.

Thanks, I wondered it if it could be the cobalt in the greens given many of them are wild, but then what do I know!! I thought algaes could give false B 12 readings due to analogues, so much contradictory information. I did resonate with this rick dina's info though so maybe chlorella does raise B 12.

Unfortunately, the interview was online for only 24 hours. Here's his website though:
