Enema with juice fast?

Hello Everyone,

I'm doing a green juice fast for some colon healing and rest, I have I.B.D.. Just a bit of background information. So today is day 1 and I'm wondering if I should do an enema to clean out my colon for optimum rest and healing. I am only planning on continuing the fast/feast for 1 more day, unless I feel it necessary for more. So should I do an enema? I don't want to get weak or anything. Any advice is appreciated.
