I know this has been discussed thousands of times, but can anyone point me in the direction of a vitamin B12-thread or give me a very simple answer to how to meet the vitamin B12 requirement on a live/raw food diet.

Thanks in advance

Ditte

The simple sure fire answer is to supplement.

Take at least 100 mcg daily. Or at least 2000 mcg weekly. Thats it.

My advice is be safe not sorry.

there are no special b12 requirements for a raw vegan diet. EVERYONE needs b12. Sublingual is best.

I like VegLife "Vegan B12".

IMO, for some very good information on B12:
