Date: January 14, 2009 01:29PM I know this has been discussed thousands of times, but can anyone point me in the direction of a vitamin B12-thread or give me a very simple answer to how to meet the vitamin B12 requirement on a live/raw food diet.

Take at least 100 mcg daily. Or at least 2000 mcg weekly. Thats it. My advice is be safe not sorry. Re: B12

Date: January 14, 2009 05:16PM there are no special b12 requirements for a raw vegan diet. EVERYONE needs b12. Sublingual is best. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
