Do Green juices contain the proteins from the greens?

Or is it embedded in the fibrous material?

I think it's in the juice too right?

(Healing gut so can't eat them whole)

It depends on the kind of juicer that is used.

A properly extracted juice will contain virtually all the nourishment from the greens.

The poorest juicer for greens is a centrifugal juicer.

The best are the masticating juicers.

Hi Jiva

They'll be in the juice, rather in the fibre. See the thread currently running on 'mainly juice' for a discussion on juicing, fibre etc.
