Hey gang,

I have been trying out " raw for 30 days ". It is day 18 and going very well. I was vegetarian for 3 years then vegan for 3 years, and now over two weeks raw.

I have noticed that when i go to bed and toss on the tv i cant make it for more than
10 min. Im OUT COLD. I just cant stay awake. Not that i watch much tv....just saying that once i lay down after my day i am OUT. Never been like that before.
any thoughts?

thanks!!

My sleep is much deeper and I can get to sleep when I need to and also can stay awake longer without being tired if needed. Overall it's so much better!

I have many amazing dreams alsosmiling smiley

TV rots your mind.

The internet can too. I think I'll log off right now and go for a walk. smiling smiley
