How much water ?

Lately I have been re-discovering how the body's signals get fuzzy when it comes to water vs high water content food. Many times lately when I get that first weak hunger signal I have been reaching for water instead of food. I have found that many times drinking some water satisfies me. I think this can be quite useful in hydrating the body and also as part of a CR program with all its longevity and health benefits. What do you think about water ? Are you for drinking some or against it ? About how much water do you drink on average per day ?

The better the diet, the less water is needed. The 'perfect
diet' requires no water at all. Now it's up to each one of us
to discover what's perfect.....WY
