fruit workout question

So i have been working out at the gym every morning for just over an hour. 30 min of running, and 30 min of weighting lift and such. When i come home, what would you recommend i eat? I have been making a fruit smoothy Half a Papaya, Half Mango, banana, Strawberries, Blueberries, and Rasberries. After about an hour or so, i"ll have an apple and pear and that's it for the morning. For lunch i hit the green smoothies and a nice salad for dinner. thoughts? Just getting into working out Re: fruit workout question
