hi
sorry to bug ya, i have a question.
I eat only fruit on the weekends to cleanse.
I eat, apples, goji berries, pears, bananas (4-8),
smoothies with strawberries and blueberries or
watermelon and kiwi.
That's it.

What do you eat as a fruitarian?
Am i not get a diverse enough supply of fruit?

Thanks david.

it appears you have a nice variety of fruits. If i had to make suggestions i would say to make sure you include the non-sweet fruits like tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper as well. i use the celery also. Secondly, i would seek to make sure i eat enough calories (2000 per day being a general guideline) depending on the level of physical activity. i have found that most who endeavor the fruitarian lifestyle and fail that the reason is, among other things, they didn't eat nearly enough calories. But it sounds like you are eating a nice variety for sure.

And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Sometimes I think I would die without citrus.

I had about 15 tangerines and 3 oranges today from my dad's backyard. Can't get enough.

Arugula, Lol!

Imo, a good orange or tangerine is often vastly underrated!

Right. What you are eating sounds fine. Just eat a wide variety...and you should do well.

Actually celery is an herb. But tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers (not black pepper, but bell, sweet, etc) are fruit.

sounds ideal to me - love it.

re oranges and tangerines - it's so rare to get one in England that tastes even half way nice. They are usually sour and horrid. I can't imagine how wonderful it must be to pick one RIPE from the tree - bliss

They certainly haven't been good recently.

But Spring last year oranges were tasting so good to me that I blogged a virtual ode to them.

Perhaps the shops will have sweeter ones in the coming months.
