Go YOU! Those are some big pictures, btw. I WISH I could eat mustard(it does not agree with me, or should I say I don't agree with it), but I sure love the taste of it.

I am just soaking the almonds for tonight, little snack.
I usually put soaked almonds, raisons and walnuts in a bowl
and munch away.

That pic is a little big, sorry about that. Didnt realize that
it would come out that big.

thanks!

Soak Mustard seeds in raw apple cider vinegar. Have the vinegar
just a little bit above the mustard seeds. After a few hrs, add a
little bit of water. You want the mustard seeds to be a thick pudding
like texture. Not to wet or else it's runny mustard.

After 20 to 24 hrs of soaking you can add turmeric, paprika, shave a little bit
of fresh horseradish and some sea salt. I actually add all the ingredients while soaking, this way it gets to know everything else and blends well.

That's it, toss er in a food processor!
You may need to add some water if too thick, it wont water down the taste.

Now this is my first attempt, it worked out great!! But watch out for how
much horseradish you put in, it's potent.

this way it gets to know everything else

Eddie, what an awesome way to put it--you have a real cook's intuition! Thanks for the recipe--I recently tried to make homemade mustard and it ended in tragedy. Glad that I have a good method now smiling smiley

PS: when tossing everything in a food processor, you will likely
have to add more water. Mine was too thick.
Also i forgot to add that i added just a splash of fresh lemon juice.

enjoy
