Raw Foods and Ishmael

I'm a huge fan of Ishmael. A raw foodist acquaintance of mine recently told me he dismissed the book because it emphasized societies that were hunter gatherers and not all vegetarian, but I'd make the point that Quinn's philosophy works just better with raw foodism.

What can I say about this book?

Depends on where you are in your thinking, it may change your world view forever.

I had come up with some of Quinn's ideology on my own, but he presents it in a far more complete and compelling manner than I've ever managed.

I liked Quinn's books (well the 1st & 3rd, the 2nd I couldn't get into as much) and would recommend them to anyone.

I was/am certainly a big fan of Quinn. How many authors do you come across where you can truly say they shifted your thinking about something? Great recommendation.
