Good article in mainstream media

I stumbled across this and was surprised to see it references the "China Study."

While is doesn't mention raw/vegan eating per se, it does say that "the only way to enhance performance and stay healthy is to eat a plant-based diet."

Encouraging to see... I hope the message keeps getting out there.

Thanks for the good article! I agree with one of the posters below the article who wrote that feasting on carcasses just isn't the way to optimal health...

Yes, this is true, and the experts all pretty much agree we should be eating mostly plants.

Where they disagree is at the zero vs. very little vs. little. I think there is a debate in the 0-20% range.

Where are you in that range? And, are you consuming a 0% animal-based diet for health or for environmental reasons? Because I think if we're eating solely for our own personal health, then there's an argument to be made (and you can make it better than I can) for a small amount of animal meat in the human diet.
