From whom are you getting "kefir starter?" You've given me an idea--I think I'll just make some Rejuvelac and add some thick blended fruit juice in the second day and see what happens with the addition of all that fructose. Science is fun! Date: March 05, 2009 01:07AM Just make sure the culture is not grown in milk. Many of the starter kits I have found have 'traces' of milk...  Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
