Has anyone used shilajit?

I went to a raw store and found this interesting stuff called shilajut so I bought it. I was told it was some special dirt found deep in the ground. I just want to know if anyone has used this stuff. I don't even know how to use it and am starting to think I shouldnt have bought it. It just looks like fine dirt.

is there any indication what its used for? all i could find on the internet that it was a stimulant and aphrodisiac smiling smiley
