Have you heard about this fruit laxative?

Date: April 11, 2009 07:07PM I just heard about a natural laxative.It is called cassia pods.Have you heard or try it?I'm very curious.I've heard that it is extremly strong and its discs is very sweet like candy,or chocolate,and it is good for cleanse. Re: Have you heard about this fruit laxative?

Date: April 11, 2009 07:52PM OMG beware!!! the first and last time i took it was a nightmare. i got it directly from david wolfe so it's not like i didn't have good instructions on how to use it either. senna tea is nice and gentle, prune juice works great too. take it easy with the cassia, it's scary business. Date: April 13, 2009 11:23PM i have to 2nd coco ... i had cassia pods once and you dont want to be far from a toilet, it really works hard .. so much so i had some really nasty cramping .. being one to not beleive much in the no pain no gain theory .. it wasnt for me ..but it did the job lol .. not sure if it effects everyone the same but senna was a bit milder lol mine was in powder form too so not sure how many seeds made up the packet .. it was about an tablespoon of powder if i remember correct ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist Edited 1 time(s).
