Hiya!
I`m very inspired by your passion for green smoothies!
I was wondering:
do you think a cooked vegan ( my friend who eats a small amount of raw food) will benefit by drinking a green smoothie with one cup of greens in it everyday or does the amount of greens have to be much more than that?
Also how many cups = a pound of greens?

Thanks so much!

Sorry, I didn't get here until now!

One cup is better than nothing, but why oh why limit it to one cup? Why not one cup AFTER blending? Probably will take a full blender of greens to make one cup of green. Then she can just add the fruit. I like to always include an apple -- and an avocado or half an avocado. I don't add the avo until the very end and blend the avo at the lowest speed (coz it's not good to homogenize fats donchano)!

But yes, however much she will agree to do, it will help. Odds are she will feel so much better from that little bit that she will increase the amount on her own without any prompting from anyone else. This stuff is GOOOOOOOOOOOOD. winking smiley
