Any suggestions for kelp?

I'm new to raw and bought some seaweed from the oriental store.I think it's kelp. It's tied in bows and I've rehydrated a fair bit but don't know what to do with it for a tasty meal. Also Can you suggest something different for the soaked almonds I've prepared for ginger nori rolls? I would like to try something new? Many thanks.

Seaweed: Can put in into soups. If you have Nori sheets, you can make Sushi.

Soaked almonds: Not sure what you soaked them in. Can may Almond Milk or delicious but fattening dessert: take ground almond pulp and put in your favorite sweetner, I like raw, unfiltered, unheated honey, and combine and eat. Simply divine but watch the fat content.

If you soaked them in something like Tamari, you can dehydrate and eat them as snacks.
