Iced Tea/Sun Tea

Date: May 21, 2009 10:01PM Hello everyone! I am new to raw foodism and love my iced tea back when I ate cooked food. I use to make it with sugar and lemonade concentrate. I'm pretty sure the raw version would be brewing it in the sun and using Agave and real lemons...can any one clarify on this?
Thank you so much! Peace & Love, Renee Re: Iced Tea/Sun Tea

Date: May 21, 2009 10:25PM Tea doesn't really have calories; some raw foodists consume it and some don't. It's a personal choice. I have no ethical problems with the fair-trade tea I get.
I brew it with boiling water because I don't have anywhere to sun-brew. I don't use agave or lemon; I like tea plain, or maybe, if it's bitter, water it down or use stevia. Re: Iced Tea/Sun Tea
