I found something better for Skin-Brushing

Date: May 24, 2009 02:31AM Okay...it's off-topic and will get moved, but I had to share
this with those of you who Skin-Brush. This is Nylon, or some other synthetic fiber, and the skin-brush is natural Bristles, but still there's something that's better about it. Maybe it's the Human Touch, even if it's your own. I like the feel of this over my skin-brush. It's more of a Love Feeling, in addition to exfoliating the Skin and stimulating the Body. I never use them in the shower as the Ad suggests .....Take a Look!!....WY [us.lizearle.com] Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 05/24/2009 02:35AM by Wheatgrass Yogi. Date: May 24, 2009 12:32PM I've seen those before, thanks for the suggestion. Why would you not want to use them in the shower? I think dried skin comes off better after being soaked, just like food comes off of dishes better after being soaked, so my preference would be to do it after soaking for a while but is there somthing that makes dry skin brshing better? I've heard that dry brushing stimulates the blood vessels and lymph glands better. Re: I found something better for Skin-Brushing

Date: May 24, 2009 06:12PM also the brush/gloves when wet become a bit gummed up when water mixxes with dry skin cells and dirt requiring quite a bit more frequent replacing and cleaning
i use both the gloves and skin brushes .. the gloves are too harsh on the face i find tho ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist Re: I found something better for Skin-Brushing

I guess it's up to each person to come up with their own instructions. > > those gloves looked so cute and friendly though They're thin too. It's almost like you're not wearing gloves, but they provide an excellent skin-brushing. There's only one Liz Earle. I have others (Bass I believe) that are thicker, and the effect isn't the same....WY Re: I found something better for Skin-Brushing
