Carob Question

Date: June 01, 2009 04:00PM Recently I have become really endeared to carob, and I like to mix carob powder with water until it is a pudding consistency, and eat a small bowl of this. I've noticed that typical carob recipes only call for it in amounts of up to a few tablespoons, and so I was wondering if carob is not the type of food you should be eating a cup of at a time, as I am doing. Anyone have insight about this? I can't find any information to suggest otherwise, but I also can't find any evidence that other people eat this much carob at once! Re: Carob Question

Recipes don't require much just because you don't need much to make it taste good. Simple Raw Recipes & Health Tips Re: Carob Question
