Just incase I have spelling errors in my questions I will let you know Im dyslexic- I have researched this and found that a lot of learning difficulties are effected by the food we eat. Concentration and attention being the main factor. I didn’t know that dyslexia was included in this and the food I used to eat effected my learning, I thought food only effected people with ADHD

I'm not sure that dyslexia is included. Certainly behaviour and concentration is. I weep for all the children being put on strong drugs for Attention deficit disorder.

flipperjan,

It is possible that inadequate nutrition in the first few years could adversely affect the development of the synapses responsible for speech, though. Agreed on the ADD/ADHD--these are almost always nutrient-related.
