Date: June 08, 2009 07:14PM Just incase I have spelling errors in my questions I will let you know Im dyslexic- I have researched this and found that a lot of learning difficulties are effected by the food we eat. Concentration and attention being the main factor. I didn’t know that dyslexia was included in this and the food I used to eat effected my learning, I thought food only effected people with ADHD Re: dyslexic

It is possible that inadequate nutrition in the first few years could adversely affect the development of the synapses responsible for speech, though. Agreed on the ADD/ADHD--these are almost always nutrient-related. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
