vegetable glycerin

Hello and thanks for reading... does anyone know about vegetable glycerin the process that goes to make it or if it is considered raw or really any information about it... i know it's good for a sweetner for candida or dibetic woes...but i haven't used it for a long time and now that i am raw i was wondering about it again...

interesting! still good for cosmetic use i suppose. stevia is a natural sweetner that can be found raw. you can grow it yourself too!

I never thought of growing stevia... is it hard to grow... Where would i find stevia seeds??? Thank you Tam for the info...
