If I understand your question, it refers to where I advised you to look elsewhere on these forums for threads on IBD and Crohn's and colitis, etc. I'm not going to send you a link directly, because it may be better for you to sift through them yourself, so that you find what you really need. If you look up at the Goto: bar, above, you'll see the first selection is "Forum List." Click on that, and go down to "Other Health Related," and look for threads on the fist two or three pages with titles having to do with these digestive disorders or posted by herbalgerbals, who has similar health considerations to yours.
