Date: June 16, 2009 11:28PM so a change of weather again lately and my arthritis is kicking up a bit in the shoulders ...
i was in the produce store the other day and wandering around getting this and that and kept getting drawn back to these pineapples that just smelled so perfect and ripe (rare around here lol) i ended up getting 6 of them and ate them all in a couple of days suprise suprise the shoulders feel looser .. i had gone into the health food herbalist here and she had suggested bromelain (pineapple source of anti-inflammatory) supplements and then we both laughed when i said i had a half dozen pineapples in the car that just *called* out to me lol funny how things work ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist Re: the nose knows

Glad you feel better! Re: the nose knows

Date: June 17, 2009 01:38AM Yup, This evening at the park, I kept smelling the clover on the ground. So strong and sweet. I wanted to pick them and eat them but it was in an area that was too populated.
Whenever I go into a grocery store, if I smell fruit or veggies which are so strong I always buy some. What a great way to live life! Re: the nose knows
