Ok I hope think I wont need to ask this forever. But how is this diet today


1 melon

5 bananas


salad with carrot, and bean sprouts, and a few nuts

2 bananas

zuccinie pasta made with 2 zuccinies

yes, good work!

You can try with fruit all day until the last meal for the day. Very healing.

You can try with steaming the carrot to slow down the detox.

I feel like my body is detoxing today. I think its because I got rid of all animal products. I feel like I have a cold but I think it could be my body geting rid of all the toxins Ive put into it. Thanks for all your guys supprot.

I just made it with

Organic lettus leafs

Oraginc bean srouts

carrot grated

nuts blended


Thats it really, nothing special

And that was only a few, you say? It seems like for it to be 70 g., it would be 2.5-3 ounces. What kind of nuts are you eating? ARe you varying them?

Hellokitty,

Just make sure you eat enough. A salad could be substantial or it could be teenie. If you are eating so you aren't hungry, that's fine.

There are various nutrient tracking websites. I tried plugging in the foods you listed (roughly below) and this is what nutritiondata.com gave back..

Yes. Some were pecans some were sunflower seeds.
