pasturized nuts

I know almonds are all pasturized unless specified what about walnuts, and pecans and also pine nuts which I believe are considered a herb?

Many of them are irradiated. You have to go to sites that sell raw nuts, or make your grocer do some investigating for you about where their supply comes from. There were a couple of threads about raw nuts on this Forum a while back:
