Easy, fast and sticks to the ribs

I love eating simple juicy mono meals but I also find that I need rib sticker meals mixed in to keep me satisfied.
Here's a wrap I make frequently:

+) Start by placing a Collard green leaf open and then
+) mash a good sized Avocado onto it, next
+) chop 2 or more Garlic cloves up and press onto the avo. Then I like to
+) press some chopped Mushrooms onto the avo. Then
+) chop and press onto the avo 1/2 to 1 medium sized Tomato. And Last
+) add a generous handful of sprouts and press onto the avo

Thats it, just fold the Collard leaf and yumbo !
Do you have any easy, fast and sticks to the ribs recipes that you use frequently ?

Easyrider--
I just met with another raw food eating friend this afternoon, and we were bemoaning how laborious many of the raw food recipes are (we refuse to do them). This is a great recipe! Thanks. I will try it tomorrow after I get some more mushrooms and some garlic cloves.

The only filling recipe I've come up with that's kind of interesting is my 'fake pasta salad' of peeled zucchini or summer squash + avocado and tomatoes, red pepper, mushroom, or what-have-you.

If you substitute 'raw hummous' for 'avocado' in your recipe, I make something quite similar to your recipe--a wrap with hummous, sprouts, tomatoes, olives (every so often), garlic, etc. etc.

Here's another quick and easy all fresh raw favorite of mine:

In a large salad bowl place:

+) A large bright colored bell pepper chopped into fairly large chunks, and
+) A large ripe tomato chopped into fairly large chunks, and
+) 6 slices from the top end of a bunch of celery stalks sliced about 1/4 inch long

Toss and eat with a soup spoon.
