Date: July 01, 2009 08:10AM My raw lifestyle has been evolving slowly to more of a low fat raw and at the same time toward more high water content foods. I was just wondering if anyone is eating a mostly high water content, low fat, fresh, raw, vegan diet ? If so how is it working out for you ? I am interested in hearing about this because if my present raw path continues as is I will probably be there in the not to distant future and I need to determine if this is a good thing or not. Thanks. Re: Juicy low fat fresh raw

Date: July 01, 2009 12:49PM I've been going for lower fat, high fruit raw as well. I rarely buy dates anymore. I've been eating a lot of bananas, peaches, mangoes, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, tomatoes, cucumber, greens. Re: Juicy low fat fresh raw

If I crave avo I will eat them, but mostly just eat juicy fruits easy, cheap...gives my energy to train more.. not heavy stomach etc so yeah..its doable Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
