Kava Kava and red spots in mouth?

So I have been drinking Kava Kava for the past 3 days now. I noticed last night tiny litle red dots on the inside of my lips. They are about the size of pin pricks. They are flat and do not itch or hurt. I was thinking that maybe it could be do to blood vessel constriction and popping. I think the constriction is a side effect but I have not found any info on these little red dots. Has anyone experienced this or know what it might be?
