Date: July 16, 2009 12:02PM While not considered a "raw" food by any means, I have taken WobenzymN in the past. I am a bodybuilder, & this is a supplement that is considered to be one of the good ones in the fitness industry.
I felt that it was benefical for me; I have never had any joint pain before or after taking the supplement, it is not something that I suffer from. I no longer take it since making a re-commitment to be a true "raw foodist", however. I would rather concentrate on eating as much enzyme rich foods that I can. Re: Anybody Take Enzyme Supplements?

Date: July 16, 2009 12:17PM I'm searching more for digestive enzymes that will help break down my meals, as even mono-mealing can be difficult for my system right now.
I do struggle with joint inflammation as a side effect of my illness though and occasionally have to take ibuprofen in order to even walk, so I will do some research on your replies. Re: Anybody Take Enzyme Supplements?
