Date: August 14, 2009 01:39AM The white ceramic knives are cheaper because they are not as strong as the black ceramic knife. The black ones are more resistant to chipping. But the black ones can also be quite expensive. Re: Ceramic Knife for only $29.99 ??!! Thoughts ??
