Date: August 13, 2009 05:05PM Yeah, that was ridiculous. But as for the video: it's interesting that she advises against really finely blended foods on the basis that the body cannot distinguish them from one another and may react adversely to the food. That's one I haven't heard before in reference to "gourmet" raw food. Thanks for posting! Re: Outback Steak Commercials before Raw food recipes.

Cooked to smitherines dead cow right before lovely raw veggies. What a combo. Its funny,I go into a place like Outbacks and all I eat is a salad. They always ask why I didnt want a "main course" Hehe. Vinny Re: Outback Steak Commercials before Raw food recipes.

Date: August 13, 2009 05:42PM Your welcome!
I actually didnt pay any attention to the content of the video. That site seeming more then a little inauthentic (and after those mouth-watering images in the ad). Finely blended food unrecognizable. That is a new one. As if we shouldnt chew each mouthful 100 times into the smallest molecules our teeth can manage. I was googling "raw seed digestion" when I came across this site. I didnt feel as well as I usually do after my morning smoothie. I introduced 1.5 tbls ground hemp and flax seed into an avocado shake (sweetened with 1 apple) and Its either too much oil (avocado and seeds) or the seeds didnt go with something else or just to complicated in general? here what I had today! green smooothie 1/2 large avocado 1.5 tbl ground hemp and flax 1 small apple 1 lime kale baby spinach small cucumber 1/2 tomato jalapeƱo garlic 2 tbls goji berries bee pollen sauerkraut dulce flakes Re: Outback Steak Commercials before Raw food recipes.

Date: August 14, 2009 02:00AM Thanks for your response Tamukha, yes it does seem a bit much as I wrote it down though I'm accustomed to this and usually feel quite well afterwards. I dont usually mix seeds with my avocado and I think thats where I went wrong. Perhaps the lime was a mistake as well. Maybe it was an off day Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
