best hummus I ever had

Date: August 15, 2009 12:41PM I just bought some raw food hummus because I couldent resist. It is the best hummus I ever had- its made with chckpeas, sprouts, seasame seeds, coriander, garlic, olive oil and some sort of spice.
Its so smooth- when I make hummus with raw chickpeas i don't get that smooth texture when I use a food processor. how do they do that. do they put it in a blender in stead? Re: best hummus I ever had

They probably use a high speed blender. I had some a few weeks ago at a café, and that's how they made it. Also, they probably really soaked or even partly sprouted all the ingredients that could be, to soften them up well. Re: best hummus I ever had
