Assuming you are asking whether or not it is Cyanocobalamin, I would be willing to bet that it is Cyanocobalamin. Why would they spend more on a better form of B12 and then not advertise it as such?

I think Red Star is fortified with Cyanocobalamin. I don't think the B12 is naturally occurring.

Red Star is one of the main commercial baker's yeast brands, so this is almost certainly a manufactured, fortified product. Otherwise, commercial yeast breads wouldn't need to be additionally fortified with B 12, right?

I worked for Feeling Fit For Life in Austin from late '94 to just after the end of '96. I was certified as a natural hygienist through their program in '95.
