Date: August 31, 2009 09:40AM They can be very useful when in transition to raw or even in the early days - like couple of years!! but eventually, it is my belief that, after a 'while' on raw these sorts of food cease to 'feel' right and the desire for them wanes. That is what they are trying to do, keep you confused with good-tasting junk so you don't realize it. It's a giant distraction racket to supplement the little money they make off produce.
