Date: September 06, 2009 11:47AM Hi,
It is the first time for me to make a raw Chia seed drink, I soaked it in to the water for 30 minutes, then drinked it. But, would it be digested without grinding the Chia seed before soaking it to the water? Thank you. Kind Regards, Jupiter Re: Will the chia seeds be digested without grinding?

Date: September 07, 2009 01:31AM i have read that there are many nutrients in the gel that results from soaking the seeds. i put them into the blender as part of our smoothies though, they get soaked and then ground up. best of both worlds! Re: Will the chia seeds be digested without grinding?
