Date: September 07, 2009 02:39PM I have to eat simply for now so this is out, but im wondering, as i can not tolerate any complex carbohydrates could i make a pizza dough using almond flour and dehydrate it some how. I have a recepie but it is not a raw one and it is using eggs. so how would i adapt this Re: raw pizza

Date: September 08, 2009 06:35PM I personally feel that making these kind of 'recipes' is straying from the 'real' food that I like to eat. I must stress that I often do eat cooked vegan foods and I am by no means in the place that I would eventually like to be.
However I do know that in the long term i would like to eat just fresh fruit and salad. I think that these recipes to make food much like ones old way of eating is somehow missing the point. I do realise that this is somewhat contentious and I risk being shot down in flames - I mean how could restaurants make a living just selling fresh fruit!! etc etc . But for me the ideal is just that - fresh fruit and salad. One day I will get there - at the moment, like you, I am on my journey of discovery. Re: raw pizza
